    Attending with my spouse.
    Anything you'd like to share?
    Really loved the basic knife instructions as well as the entire menu.
    Could we make it better?
    Nothing - maybe offer a "punch card" for attendees to get a discount after attending a certain number of classes? The cost prohibits us from attending more often, unfortunately. But we LOVED the class, the atmosphere, the instructors, and the menu! I've already bragged about our experience!
    Manager's comments:
    We are happy to say that we do offer a punch card kept in-house here to track your enrollment! Once you've attended 10 classes with us here, we offer you an $80 credit to be used towards a class. We appreciate our customer's loyalty and always want to encourage you to return and keep learning.

    Making fresh pasta for the first time!
    Anything you'd like to share?
    The ravioli wad awesome! Chef Diego and Chef Adrianna are great instructor. If you want the most out of the class ask questions.

    Nothing much. It was really fun and educational.

    Naturally the delicious food and pasta. Mike and his assistant were great as instructors and fun to be with.

    I have taken several Sur La Table classes and after attending your class will never take one at Sur La Table again.

    Great instruction by Chef Michael. He was easy going and a pleasure to work with.
    Could we make it better?
    Would have Chef emphasize the importance of sharing (pesto) when only making small amounts for the class. We were "shorted" the pesto for our dish...was still yummy. Just something to for Chef to remember.

  • Highlight of the class:
    Chefs Sharon and Gian Luigi made this class so wonderful with their techniques and tips for better pasta. I enjoy when they tell you ways to vary the recipe for other options.
    Anything you'd like to share?
    Taking this class makes you realize you really can make pasta. It is so easy and so much better than store-bought because you can prepare it much thinner than what you buy and it makes the dish so much better.
    Could we make it better?
    I love cooking by myself. The school should make that an option, even if you charge a little bit more money.

    Offer something other than water for students who don't drink alcohol. Maybe a thermal carafe of coffee?

    The fettuccine with spicy sausage tomato sauce we made was just excellent.
    Anything you'd like to share?
    I enjoyed learning prep skills - e.g. using the knife, cutting board, etc. I learned for the first time how to dice a shallot the easy way.
    Could we make it better?
    I am learning to cook with substitutes for butter, eggs, etc due to dietary restrictions. Having some alternative ingredients in the recipes would be helpful.

  • Highlight of the class:
    I loved this class! My highlight was getting a short but very needed lesson on cubing an onion. I have wondered for years and have always struggled and I learned in about 3 minutes. The class was wonderful and the experience was a highlight.

    That class was one of the most fun things I have done in a long time - there is no way it could have been better.

    Making the pasta - never done this before and it was fun and easy.
    Anything you'd like to share?
    The Instructor (Patricia) and assistant were amazing....so helpful, shared lots of good information and kept the evening fun!
    Could we make it better?
    One small thing - it would be nice to see a sample of the finished product (even a photo) so we know what we're making. That would make the instructions go a bit easier and cause less confusion.

    Kitchen Aid was missing knob to change speed. Very difficult to change, start, turn off.
