    Anything you'd like to share?
    The environment at this school, with the beautiful view, friendly chefs, wonderful food quality, really makes the classes here great. Taking cooking classes is a gift that keeps giving to myself and my daughter. Shelley makes it easy to eat right everyday. She could easily rename her classes to "everyday cooking".
    Could we make it better?
    Just love it! Don't change anything! Will keep an eye on the upcoming schedule!

Souped Up Soups with Shelley Hillesheim a Natural Foods Chef

There’s nothing quite like a warm bowl of soup on a crisp cool day. If you use nutritious ingredients, it's a delicious way to keep your body healthy and supercharge your immune system to combat the potential effects of the weather. To get even more benefit in the colder months, you can add a couple of ‘secret weapon’ ingredients to super-charge the nutritional value of your soup to keep you healthy all season long. We’ll cover these ‘secret’ ingredients and discuss the reasons to make and use your own nutrient-dense bone building broth. The secret ingredients and bone-building broth will be used in all of the soups we make in class. Additionally, we will walk you through the necessary steps to ‘build your own’ soup and garnish it with flair. You’ll leave with plenty of handouts and knowledge to super-charge your soup eating.

This class is part-lecture and part-hands-on cooking.

Cancellation Policy: Please Read

NOTE: No refunds, transfers, gift cards or credits will be issued for cancellations within seven calendar days of the class date. We cannot provide refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for classes missed because of illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond our control.

When you register for a class, you reserve a slot that determines how much food we buy, how many work stations we set up and the total number of students, which determines whether the class will be held.

If Kitchen Table cancels a class due to low enrollment, your payment will be refunded in full.

To cancel, you must notify us by phone at least seven (7) calendar days before the class is held. You can send another person in your place or transfer to another class (based upon availability). Or we will issue a KTCS gift card redeemable for another class. This option is available only if you cancel more than seven days before the scheduled class date.
