Grapes on the vineImagine walking through the vineyards in the beautiful region on Burgundy (just south of Paris).  There is a distinct buzz going on around you.  It's wine harvest time.  There are harvesters everywhere busy picking those very special grapes that will be turned into incredible wine.

You can smell the sweet scent of the ripening grapes mixed with the earthy aromas coming from the kitchens preparing delicious food to feed these hungry harvesters.  What are they creating in those kitchens that smells so good!!

Burgundy is not only one of the top producing wine regions of the world, but it is also known as the "stomach" of France and great food is the reason why!
