Sometimes, French food can be intimidating. Usually French food is associated with complex sauces and extensive preparation time.
However, the French people who live out in the countryside tend to enjoy much simpler foods, comfort foods, foods that are flavored with the fresh herbs and vegetables that grow in their gardens. You can just smell the delicious aromas of stews and thick sauces flowing from their kitchens.
Our Chefs have created a menu where you can leave all thoughts of "complexity" at the door and spend some time in a "country" kitchen. Today you will be preparing:
