SardiniaThe beautiful Isle of Sardinia is located just off the coast of Italy where the weather is usually sunny and warm and the scenery is spectacular. 

In Sardinia, meals are a way of life, a coming together of family and friends, a sharing of freshly produced bounties from both land and sea. Since Sardinia is a large island, it would seem that fish would play a major role in their cuisine. However, since the sea tended to bring invaders to the island, Sardinians looked inland, to their prized pastureland, farmlands and vineyards, for their main sources of foods. 

So, imagine yourself in a kitchen somewhere on the Isle of Sardinia, with friends and family, cooking some very traditional and delicious dishes:
